2008-05-02 Thread mukta1

  Hi Wayne, Marshall,

I listened once to the BBC Letter from America and the reporter
Alistair Cooke (who was 95 then) was talking about an American guy in
his 80's who was having blood cholesterol of more than 600 all his
life. Doctors were telling him that he was a walking time bomb; but
doctors died in their 60's while he was still alive and kicking. His
ancestors were Greek so they were having a lot of olive oil in their
menu I suppose...

Hi Marshall,

Please review the following article. It will explain why 650nm coherent laser
radiation collimated to a beam width of one mm will scatter isotropic in the
presence of large numbers of small particles,

Here is another explaining how this effect is utilized in making particle size

True for blue, which is why the sky is blue, but not for red, which is
too long a wavelength for significant scattering with small to medium
sized molecules. Tyndall effect has nothing to do with silver, it has
to do with scattering by particles approximately the size of the
wavelength of light being scattered and larger.

  DEAR akaJohn,
I just read your post and have the following comment: We have tested EIS type
Colloidal Silver in many scenarios involving foodstuffs and have never failed
to subdue the entire lexicon of the insulting pathogens inflicted on the test
media (all of the foodstuffs
involved in all of the investigations). We even applied CS as weak as 10 ppm
as a direct insert
to highly active botulinum culturesand never failed to get total
resolution within minutes.usually within 10 minutes.
However, we have never used CS as a direct adjunct to canning foods
ourselves; although we have received anecdotal reports from reliable
researchers informing that various meat products (containing small amounts of
CS)have been storedin unrefrigerated condition, for upwards of 2
yearswithout untoward incident of any type.
Personally, I would feel perfectly confident in canning butter with about 2
teaspoons
of 10 to 20 ppm Colloidal Silver used as a companionin each 1 pound
container. Colloidal Silver has demonstrated to be simply SPLENDIDAS BOTH
PREVENTIVE AND TREATMENT for botulinum pathogens.
At least, that has been our experience over the immediately past 12 years.
  Sincerely, Brooks Bradley.
P.S. CS has been just as effective against, essentially, the entire catalog
of alimentary system pathogenic insultsviral, as well as the more numerous
bacterial threats commonly experienced in the daily life of our citizenry.
Sometimes, when NOTHING else exhibited any
genuine influence against fulminating cases of the more dangerous pathogens.

Not directly. However, if you have some types of infections, such as
lymes, they can cause weakness in muscles, including those used to focus
the eyes, and killing off the stuff will allow the muscles to gain their
normal strength again.

another thing that affects the vision are certain neurotoxins that
directly affect the occular nerve. This can cause blurriness, and also
loss of contrast sensitivity. Lyme disease can produce neurotoxins
like this, along with many other things. Removal of the toxins and
source of toxins allows the vision to recover.

Not directly. However, if you have some types of infections, such as
lymes, they can cause weakness in muscles, including those used to
focus the eyes, and killing off the stuff will allow the muscles to
gain their normal strength again.

There is an interesting article in the Thoroughbred Times (grant you horses)
about LED's and laser therapy. Quote: Both lasers and LED's work by delivery
light energy, but LED's deliver light energy but posses less power output.
Laser power output is measured in watts, while LED's power is measure in
milliwatts. It also states that you would not want to utilize laser therapy on
primary or secondary cancerous lesion because this would increase the metabolic
rate of cancerous cells, thereby empowering them further.

We have a LED's unit that can be programmed for different power for different
depths. We love it.

From what I have read, the red works somewhat better on infections, but

It may be a few days old when you get it. There are many explanations.
Sometimes the milk is still warm when I get it. I have told them to put it

I only use about 8 oz a day in my whey shake.

So, .. you do not like Milk ? I drink 1/2 gallon per day and

At one time, I did in fact drink a gallon per day plus 6 raw eggs.

Maybe you need to read the 1929 article again.

The place where I buy it is a little out of the way so I can't just go
there a couple times a week. Has anyone figured out if using colloidal
silver in the milk to keep it fresh would destroy the enzymes or make it
no better than pasteurized milk?

The homogenization is worse than the pasteurizing. Many people still
do not understand the

When the cream in milk is in it's natural state, the fat globules are too
large to go through the intestinal wall and into the bloodstream.

( This one statement above almost disproves all the half truths and lies

Homogenization changes that by straining the fat through tiny pores under
great pressure. XO attaches to the fat molecules (now reduced in size but
increased in amount a hundred times) which are now small enough to get into
the bloodstream and do its damage.

Possibly some half truths and lies on the link above, and it is on Dr.

Eliminate all yeast, mold, fungus containing products, up your intake of

CSRaw milk souring

2008-05-02 Thread ransley
My raw milk always sours before a week is up. I only use about 8 oz a
day in my whey shake.

Wayne and I are tough guys. If my raw milk sours I just drink it too. Sour
raw milk becomes buttermilk and is actually 100% utilized by the body
whereas fresh raw milk is about 85% utilized. Of course when it gets too far
gone even I don't like it.

However, naturally fermented milk (that's what it is) is generally not as
tasty as milk that has been purposely inoculated with a tasty culture. The
farmer I buy raw from makes his own very tasty buttermilk, but if you just
let his milk sour it won't taste that good. Even if you make a buttermilk
culture purposefully and naturally, as I have done, it's not as tasty as a
bought culture.

Not knowing where you are or who/how you get your milk, here's some
advice...

If the farmer only milks once a day the milk will not stay fresh as long. If
the milk doesn't go through a flash cooler it won't stay fresh as long. If
this is an unregulated farm then there's a better chance that the cow has
some infection and the milk won't last as long. Even if it is regulated, the
upper limit for somatic cell count is very liberal and the milk won't last
as long as if the SCC is at the lowest feasible limit (about
200,000-250,000) The raw milk I get is regulated, has an SCC of less than
250,000, is flash cooled, and cows are milked 2-3 times daily. If kept BELOW
40F, it has been known to be fresh tasting for 60 days. The farmer
guarantees 30 days IF the milk is kept BELOW 40F.

Keeping it below 40F is not as simple as it sounds. You cannot guess at it,
you must have a thermometer, and it must be kept in a fridge that is not
opened often. 40.1 F does not cut it.

But guess what- you can FREEZE the milk, or a portion, as soon you get home
with it, and it will keep for months. I would suggest at your low usage to
freeze it in pints or quarts. After thawing, run it in a blender to get the
lumps out of the cream. Hand/stick blenders are better for this. We do it
all the time. The KitchenAid hand blender is excellent for this because the
business end can be put in a dishwasher. Any one-piece stick blender needs
to be soaked in bleachwater or H2O2 after having it in milk.

Pat,
The CS should destroy the bacteria, and not the enzymes. It's the bacteria that
help milk sour. If you put CS into the milk, the bacteria will become disabled
and the milk should stay fresher for awhile.

Question: When your milk sours, is it simply fermenting or is it SPOILED?
There's a difference. If the milk is merely fermenting, it should still be good
-- it'll just be something else.
