I tried a protocol of oral H202, can't remember what amount it started
with, but it was taken in water (a few drops) then you took more and
more until a certain point, kept that up for a certain number of days,
then ramped down again.

Whatever, as I worked the amount of H202 up, it tasted worse and worse,
and made me feel nauseous, finally I simply could not tolerate it and
stopped. I still cannot even stand the taste of H202 at all anymore,
not even a few drops in CS. When I try to use diluted H202 as a mouth
rinse it will make me feel sick to my stomach, many years later.

I also have cold feet. DR Becker just said that it could be caused by low
thyroid. Check your arm pit temperature before getting out of bed in the
morning. If it is 0.5 to 1 degree lower than 98.6 it could indicate low
thyroid. I started 2 days ago using my GB -4000 zapper with the thyroid

RE: CS>circulation problems

2009-12-02 Thread Renee
Tincture is really easy to make. Buy habanerro peppers--or the hottest ones
you can get, and you can mix different types of hot peppers. One pound of
peppers will make you a nice batch of tincture.

Throw the peppers in the blender--don't seed them or stem them, but you can
wash them. Throw them in and cover with vodka. Buy the cheapest American
vodka you can find, because by law all American vodka has to be odorless and
tasteless, so it's all the same. I can usually buy one of those larger
bottles for around $11.

Cover the peppers and blend on high. It will make a thick slush. Add more
vodka and blend again. This will thin the slush. Pour this into a glass
jar and let it sit for an hour or so. If, after this time, there isn't at
least an inch of liquid above the slush add more vodka until there is at
least an inch.

Label the bottle and put it in a dark place, but where you will remember to
shake it at least once a day. In 2 weeks you can strain this and--you've
just made a hot pepper tincture better than any you can buy in a store!

I usually leave my mash sit for a couple months before I strain it. If you
let it sit that long it's not necessary to shake every day. If I need it
before I strain it, I just siphon off some of the clear liquid on top, and
leave the rest undisturbed.

Good luck.

Samala,
Renee

EIS is electrolytically isolated silver, that is what almost everyone here
is making. IE usually refers to Internet Explorer, the browser that
Microsoft provides. ppm is parts per million, expressed in weight, that is
mg of silver per liter of water.
If anyone could educate me I'd appreciate it. I notice that in the
Health Store, there is different PPM's for silver. some as high

as 400 ppm, some low as 10ppm, etc. Is the bigger number stronger and
better for you?
No, the 10 ppm is the best. 400 ppm is NOT colloidal silver, despite what
it may say on the label and can turn you blue, and does not work as well
as true 10 ppm EIS.

Hi Everyone,

I have a friend with arterial pulmonary hypertention. This is not
COPD. Actually, she's got constriction of arteries between heart and

it is rare and it may be congenital in her. Even as a child she was

Would you guys have any thoughts for her? Cayenne?

Hi Julie. Do you make yours out of pure habs? There is one hotter pepper
but it's very hard to come by. Otherwise habs are the hottest peppers we
can get. Make your tinc with them, throw in any of the other hot peppers
you want, but make the greatest amount as habs and you should get every bit
as hot as Christopher's. If you want to buy a premade tinc that's hotter
than Christopher's I would suggest you try Dr. Schulze's at
www.herbdoc.com I believe his is much hotter, from what I have read.

My cayenne tinc is just habs, although I do add our wild chili pequins.
They actually seem hotter than habs, though I seldom find the pequins listed
in scovil units. I did once and it listed the pequins as less than the habs
but taste wise--nope, they are hotter. But maybe it is just because we had
a very hot summer that year, which is what is needed to make really hot
peppers.

CS>Re: onion remedy

2009-12-02 Thread Teri Anderson
My two kids and myself have been sick this week.  I tried the onion remedy
(where you chop it up, put it in a bowl, and pour boiling water over it, then
sleep next to it) and it really works.  I felt congested, feverish and had a
funny feeling in my throat yesterday, but woke up fine this morning after just
one night of the onion remedy.  My son had a fever for 2 days, so I did the
onion remedy for 2 nights in a row with him.  I just checked his temperature
for the second time this morning, and it's now normal.  And he developed no
respiratory symptoms at all.  With kids so resistant to taking meds, this was
wonderfully easy to do.  My son never even realized he was sleeping next to an
onion for two nights, lol!   My daughter is also over her fever/congestion,
though she may have been at the tail-end of hers (she'd been sick for 2 weeks
already before I saw the post about using onions).  Happy day!

I thought I'd share another remedy I've used ever since my daughter's pregnancy
4 years ago.  Aviva Romm is a midwife, herbalist and MD who's written several
herbal books.  For a decongestant, simply mince one clove of garlic, put it on
a spoon, drip honey on it, then swallow it without chewing with liquid.
Mincing takes the place of chewing, so that you don't reek like garlic.  One
clove keeps my nose clear for a good 5-6 hours, or overnight.  The only side
effect I've encountered with it, after doing it many winters and many colds
later, is that the garlic hurts my stomach now if I take it on an empty
stomach.  Now I just make sure I eat a little bread or something, and no
problems.  I'm told garlic is a blood-thinner, so folks on blood-thinning meds
will want to be mindful of that before trying (though honestly, I don't know if
one clove is enough to cause problems or not.)

Anyway, thanks again for sharing that onion remedy!  I don't think I'd ever get
garlic into my kids, but I can do the onion one with them, no problem!

Re: CS>circulation problems

2009-12-02 Thread Renee
Cayenne in powder form or tincture form. For the powder you mix up a spoon
full, depending on how hot the powder up--start with a quarter teaspoon
first. Mix this into a glass of warm water and drink. If you get cayenne
tincture (which you can easily make yourself) then take a dropperful into
your mouth. Again, start with just a few drops to see how hot it is and how
much of it you can stand.

Cayenne moves the blood and helps circulation. You should also do some
exercises to get blood pumping. If you don't exercise, start slowly so you
don't over exert yourself.

Have you had your heart checked? What tests have the doctors done? Are you
diabetic? Is this just because winter is coming or have your feet been cold
all summer?

A bit more information would be helpful.

Samala,
Renee

Ted To strengthen the capillaries use Horse chesnut and OPC (grapeskin extract)
and rutin. For circulation use cayenne 100,000 HUT and vinpocetine for the
brain.
You can make the blood more slippery with a combination of Lysine (1500 mg a
day in three dosis) with Vit C (same amounts).
To enlarge the coronaries use Hawthorn berries extract.
www.Swanson.com has a combination of cayenne and hwathorn called Cayenne Super
or something like that.
I mention Swanson becuase Iget my suppsplements there not becuase of any other
reason.
Look at their (or other catalog) for formulae-combinations of the above

Hey Ode. We have very few soft woods here--do hard woods work? I read
once that if a person has a pond near by they can place the ends of the
logs in the water (most of the log is out) to suck up water and keep the
spawn moist and growing.

I tried growing a bag of mushrooms once--a kit I bought. Got a handful
of shrooms, hardly worth the cost of the kit. But we are very hot and
dry here in south Texas, not a lot of humidity. I wonder if there are
shrooms that will grow here?

In the early spring after the rains start I see a few small wild
non-edibles that last for a day or so, and that's about it. I miss the
wild morrels we use to pick back home.
