Harold- I just made a similar recipe batch of CoQ10. It took 12
capsules to make 1 Tbsp of powdered CoQ10. Maybe you would have some
idea what kind of doses to take after making it.Since the 12
capsules would have been 12 doses, it would take 2 Tbsp of Liposomes to
get the 1 capsule, but since it is more absorbable I would assume I
could take less at one time. Would you take several doses a day?

I also don't know if it is better to take the Liposomes on an empty
stomach or with food. Any ideas?

I actually didn't want to spray the live bees or have them drink the c/s.
I only want to spray the cocoons and houses to kill any mites, while
the Mason bees themselves are still in the cocoons..
Will the c/s kill mites that may be on the cocoons , or on the bee
houses?

Kathy - was the method easy to learn?  I work with a great many kids with
asthma.  I often use breathing techniques for anxiety calming/regulation.  If I
could also incorporate some techniques that would help with the asthma too that
would be amazing.

Hi Kathy,
I think I'm one of the ones who recommended Buteyko Breathing to you.  I knew
what it did for a friend.  It is a shame that it is not well known in the USA
and that doctors keep hurting people with steroids.  Within a year my friend
was
asthma and allergy free.

Good luck to you.

Re: CS>asthma

2011-03-07 Thread Kathy Tankersley
Yes, the method is esy to learn, one of the basic things is to breathe out of
your nose, not your mouth, and the method is very easy. to learn. In fact,
they say in the book that this can easily be taught to children (I think over 5
years of age). The book I got is 'Breathing Free' by Teresa Hale. Another
thing that they teach is, instead of reaching for the 'rescue inhaler', to do
the breathing method first, then use the inhaler if still needed. They
recommend NOT get rid of any of your medicine, inhalers, etc. I was glad to
read that as I am realizing that there is an 'emotional' tie to the inhalers,
nebulizers, etc. (At least thats what I've found in my own experience). If I
can be of help any further, please write. Kathy
