any weight. However, after someone pointed me in the direction of a
free U-tube version, I decided to watch it. It is profound, and
important, and well worth watching.
I watched it for free, since I wasn't going to put out 5 bucks on
http://www.thrivemovement.com to rent it, when I wasn't sure I was
genuinely interested in seeing it. It is worth the 5 bucks. In fact,
after seeing it for free I'm buying multiple copies (at 20 bucks each)
to share with friends. The U tube freebies keep being posted and then
removed by the system, but new people keep uploading it
again, varying the name enough to get it up there. The preview is
always up, but if you search on "Thrive" you will find it appearing.
The full movie is two hours and 8 minutes - that should help you find
the right thing regardless of what it is being called to get it on the
site. Once you find one watch it soon or it will be gone. It is well
worth the money. Not discouraging anyone from renting and/or buying
it. BUT it is important to see regardless. Sara

Re: CS>Tumor reduction

2010-09-14 Thread Stephen Rose
Because I'm not sure that I understand your question, I'll try to say
this in a way that seems clear (to me, at least). If you want to take
mms at 28% sodium chlorite (really 22.4%) and dilute it to 3% sodium
chlorite, start with one ounce of mms and add six and one half ounces of
water. This will result in stabilized oxygen at 3% sodium chlorite.
Did that answer your question?

It's called 'close enough'. I'd do 6 and a half ounces.

Because like Chuck said--it's not super critical. People have taken just
drops of straight, full strength MMS in water and gotten results. I
simply prefer to be a bit closer to actual stabilized oxygen--which can
be from between 2 and 3% sodium chlorite. The formula we have been given
will be 'close enough' to that.

Since we are working with chemicals, how would we measure .47 ounces?

So, subtracting the one ounce of fluid that represents the mms to be
diluted, you would add 6.47 ounces of water to get 3% using the 22.4%
sodium chlorite figure. The 5.3% filler might affect this slightly, but
I don't think it would change it very much. It looks like even if you
used the previous numbers, you would end up with about 2% sodium
Chlorite which is still in the range of stabilized oxygen. What do you
think?

Re: CS>Tumor reduction

I did wonder about that. I think we can fix it. Let's modify it this way:

  .224/x = .03

Solving for x,

  x = .224/.03 = 7.4

So, subtracting the one ounce of fluid that represents the mms to be
diluted, you would add 6.47 ounces of water to get 3% using the 22.4%
sodium chlorite figure. The 5.3% filler might affect this slightly, but

The other 5.3% is the filler material.

Well, I wouldn't say that I'm a math whiz. But maybe I can help. So,
if you have an ounce of mms at 28% concentration, that ounce contains
.28 ounce of sodium chlorite. So the question is, how may ounces of
total liquid would you have to have so that .28 ounce of sodium chlorite
is only 3% of the total? So another way of say it is this:

  .28/x = .03

Solving for x,

  x = .28/.03 = 9....

So, since the total volume needs to be 9 and 1/3 ounces, and you started
out with an ounce of mms, add 8 and 1/3 ounces of water to get 3% sodium
chlorite. How does that sound? Of course, you could use any unit of
measurement that you want. The numbers should still relate. Maybe a
real math whiz can check my logic. :-)

Pretty much. Only MMS is full strength at 28% while stabilized (or
activated) oxygen is between 2 and 3% of sodium chlorite. So no need to
activate it externally with acid. It activates with your stomach acid.
It does need to be diluted in water though, even at that strength. So a
person with a bottle of MMS can dilute this down to 2 to 3% to get
stabilized oxygen. Just please don't ask me how to do this--I'm math
challenged.

There's only one problem—curcumin is notoriously poorly absorbed.
That's why many supplements also contain
quercetin and/or piperine, herbal extracts that enhance its

The new form of curcumin that I've been using, called Meriva, employs
a special delivery system to ensure optimal bioavailability. Meriva is
a phytosome complex, which means-that the active ingredient is bound
to phosphatidylcholine in order to make it easier for your body to
absorb. This gives you a lot more bang for your buck. Studies have
demonstrated that just 450 mg of Meriva is equivalent to 4 g of
regular curcumin in terms of increasing blood levels."

Re: CS>Re: Linux

2008-08-22 Thread Stephen Rose
There may be an easier way to get into Linux for you. The Linux
distribution that has the most momentum right now is Ubuntu. This is
because Mark Shuttleworth, a gentleman that made his money in the
internet boom, started a company to take Debian Linux and refine it and
support it. It's still free, but you can buy support if you need it.
This support is mostly for business, but the Ubuntu forums are quite
active and you can find answers for issues relatively easily. Ubuntu
releases every six months (unlike Debian) and stays much more up to date
without running the bleeding edge version. A lot of effort is put to
making the install process simple. Also, you can boot the install cd
and try it out without installing it. Go to:

http://www.ubuntu.com/

and check it out. You'll probably want to start by downloading the
image of the install cd here:

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

You'll need to burn this to a cd, then boot from that cd to check it out
and/or install it. I would start with a spare pc. That would let you
run it until you get used to it. There's a learning curve with these
things just everything. :-) I would suggest at least a one gigahertz
machine with 512 MB of memory. It's possible to get along with less of
a machine, but it will be more painful. I've run free operating systems
for many years and Ubuntu for the last few. I'm still running some
Windows, but eventually I expect to be mostly Ubuntu.

components.especially for making the chlorite solution.
Unfortunately, economical, accurate, scale systems are rather rare. We
have, for a number of years, used a number of small (half the size of a
cigar box) solid brass gram weight scales.obtained at very low
price, from Harbor Freight. The little system is stored in a
very attractive carrying case and includes the scale and post assembly,
together with weights as small as .25 grams. I believe we paid about
$12.00 each for these systems. The SKU item number was 36715. These
units were made in India, I believe.

I hope this information is of value for some of the list members.

Re: CS>MMS

2007-09-17 Thread Stephen Rose

Another option is to get the MMS kit from:

http://www.globallight.net/

It's $50 plus shipping and handling and comes with 632.8 grams of sodium
chlorite. It's a little more expensive, but the convenience factor is
pretty high. It comes with the bottles, caps, labels, and instructions
to make thirteen plus bottles of MMS.

Fischer Scientific. About $54 for 2 KG. They messed up my order, I
ordered 2 KG from the web site and they neglected to send me an email
invoice. They said that it was not processed because they have a minimum
order for $75, and that they would have to resubmit the order with a
purchase of 4KG instead (it comes in 2KG container). Well when it
arrived, I got both, a total of about 6 Kg, which should probably last
me about 1,000 years. I am in the process of trying to send back the 4
Kg box now.

2 KG should make about 7.15 KG of MMS, which is about 250 ounces (or
about 62 4 oz. bottles of MMS).

Re: CS>How to make Lugols

2007-06-14 Thread Stephen Rose

Due to impending regulation, I wouldn't approach it this way.

http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=889840#i

If you'd really like to get a quantity of Lugol's Iodine, you can order
from Clarkson Lab.

http://www.clarksonlab.com/sales.htm

You'll have to order by phone and order a $50 minimum to start an
account. If you're outside of California, your Lugol's order will come
from Ricca Chemical in Texas because of a California law. Once the new
DEA regulations take effect, you'll still be able to get a 5% potassium
iodide 2% iodine version of Lugol's in quantities greater than one
ounce. But you'll have to hurry if you want traditional Lugol's in a
larger quantity.

Where might we buy these two individually? This would be the cheapest

Re: CS>Using Honey for wounds

2006-04-11 Thread Stephen Rose
I'd be interested in hearing a little more about this. Are these
machines available in the United States? It sounds like they have
several uses. Part of this may be that I'm interested in Japanese
culture in general. What do they use to make water alkaline? What do
they use to make it acid? Thanks.

In Japanese hospitals, some doctors are also using highly acidic water

the pH of the water. Very low pH is acidic and has been shown to be of
use on bed sores and skin ulcers from diabetes. This method may be
worth looking into also.
