Thank you Sol, John, group, for your info, especially Sol. I do not usually take more than 2 or three supplements simultaneously for the fear of them acting to each other. But iron overload is really scary - it even causes cancer. However vit C taken between meals and possibly liposomed is the solution. Blood donation is another (allopatic) solution. Hi John, group, I have read that Vit C increases iron uptake and you know excess iron could be a problem. Did some of you taking vit C had increased iron in blood tests ? Hi John, Thanks for sharing with us. Good for you. The cost of so many supplements would be prohibitive for most of us and it seems so much time consuming. Also I wonder how you could eat only two small meals a day. You evidently have strong will. My father and my mother died from generalized atherosclerosis and I'd like to take some measures. It would have been good if we could secure better health with less effort...arrrh. Hi group, I use CS for mouth desinfection and noticed grey spots on my denture. This is an additional metal in my mouth so I tried to measure voltages inside using a digital mltimeter. Hi Wayne, group, I'd like to share my CS experience. I made my generator as per Jim Meissner from another forum. Two 1.5 volt batteries, a total of 3 v. supply. According to Jim after 24 hours the quart of distilled water will have 5-10 ppm, after 48 hours - 15-20 ppm. I measured the starting current and it was between 80 and 180 microamps for my arrangement depending on DW quality. I buy now only from the 80 uA source. Usually after a day or two the current is below 1 mA and water colour is light yellow to dark yellow. I do not use other measurements except for voltage and amperage. Wayne, an idea - since you do not like regular power supply, why you do not try to supply the generator by an antena taking energy from the local radio broadcasting through a diode. Possibly you will need a week for a batch. BTW I read somewhere about an easy way to check whether we make enough HCL. Take 1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate dissolved in (half) a glass of water. If you start burping within 5 minutes you make some HCL, if not you don't. Wayne, will you please elaborate on your diet and what errors did you made trying raw vegetables.
