Thanks for sharing with us. Good for you. The cost of so many
supplements would be prohibitive for most of us and it seems so much
time consuming. Also I wonder how you could eat only two small meals a
day. You evidently have strong will.
My father and my mother died from generalized atherosclerosis and I'd
like to take some measures.
It would have been good if we could secure better health with less
effort...arrrh.
