I agree. One has multiple bodies, the physical, astral and spiritual
to name a few. Healing one without the other never leads to long term
success. One needs to be holistic in that ALL bodies should be healed.
Adding intent to anything physically done is just as important as the
physical stuff. That was the secret of The Secret.

Re: CSDave Darrin remove from list

Posting to a forum is always a problem. As one progresses spiritually
they find that at some point they realize that giving information to
someone that does not want it is infringing on their free will. While
this can be easily avoided on a one on one situation, for a forum it is
impossible, for to maintain a level of knowledge no higher than the
lowest calibrating member will not assist anyone. One has to shoot more
for the average level of the list. For instance there are things I post
on the off topic list which I will not post here because it would
infringe on the belief system of some of those on this list.
Unfortunately Dave calibrates much much lower than the average person on
this list (25 vs 565), and it is very obvious that he is misplaced, this
is not the forum for him. He needs to find a list that calibrates no
more than 200 which is the neutral point to be comfortable and where his
free will to believe what he wants is not being infringed on.

You are right, Dorothy, if this were a public forum owned by the public. But it
is open to the public at the will of a private individual. The terms, prejudice

You have every right to host your own private group and invite the public to
join. But you make the rules, and constitutional rights do not apply.

RE: CSDave Darrin remove from list

2010-10-03 Thread Neville Munn

The place for ones personal religious or spiritual belief is NOT the public
domain.

Follow the guidelines, show due consideration for others beliefs and
philosophies, and show such support in private, after all, it is an individuals
personal philosophy and it should remain as such, hence one will avoid any flak
which is bound to be incoming. Some take religion and/or spirituallity quite
serious, and that's a double edged sword, so it would be better to keep it
private and avoid inciting such responses from those who hold a different
philosophy.

You're entitled to yours, I'm entitled to mine, keep that in mind and
everything'll be sweetsay n'more, say n'more.

Look do you not have a delete button.

That is what I do with email that I do not want.

I have a filter for spam and I guess if I did not want any god/ God
references I could use a filter to delete those messages.

I recall the old CS list with LOTS of crap coming through but we all go to
voice what we wanted to say.

If I did not like a subject I deleted it or filtered it out and went on
enjoying the parts about learning things about CS.

There was nothing nasty in my response. The religion thing just keeps

The mind has a good deal to do with healing as can be seen everyday.
As far as Reiki is concerned I have no knowledge of it and am not
bombarded with it daily so I wouldn't notice.

Not sure what you guys are afraid of but if you are afraid of
approaching health and health issues other than via mechanical
ways, you're missing something in the healing process.

I for one believe that the mind is part of healing.. if you
call that religion and that scares you, not sure who is having

Re: CSDave Darrin remove from list

2010-10-02 Thread Sandy
No doubt I'll regret this but just so you know, Dave what Robert said was in no
way religious...it was spiritual. Had he invoked the name of a church or some
church doctrine oe was trying to force his views on you then you could consider
that religious. You might want to learn the difference.

Besides, from what I can tell Robert was not addressing his comment to you.

Doesn't Mike also have some sort of rule about being civil?
