CS[List Owner] Reminder for new members and lurkers...
Hi everybody, For all of you who enjoy holidays of various sorts at this time of year, I wish you good ones. smile For any new members or lurkers wondering, Where's all the information about colloidal silver I was told would be here? ... Let me explain that most of the regulars here already have had their questions answered long ago, and thus don't *need* to talk about CS amongst themselves very much. So, unless you let us know what kind of information you're looking for, the conversation will continue to bob and weave among whatever health-related topics people have on their minds. I don't mind this so long as it doesn't swamp people's efforts to get information when they *do* ask for it. So, please let us know you're there and what kind of questions you need answered right now, so we can help... And, welcome aboard. Address your questions to silver-list@eskimo.com ... I'm always available for questions or help related to list operations at my usual e-mail address, mdev...@eskimo.com ... For all of you, thank you for keeping things on an even keel. It is very reassuring to watch you take care of yourselves and keep the place running smoothly. Thanks Kathryn! You added a couple of links I was not aware of yet. We're still in the learning stages of using cs (by the gallons!) at our feline shelter. I have noticed our numbers are expanding by leaps and bounds lately. Welcome to all the new listers. Don't be shy. If you have questions, ask away. You will probably get several different answers. As far as I can tell, there are many acceptable ways to make CS. It might be easier to ask what *NOT* to do.:o). CK -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver. CSCaution to New Members!!
Hi everyone, and especially any newer list members! I just wanted to caution you: Even though the techies among us are having a jolly good time hashing over Victoria's experiments with tiny computers and various other high tech gizmos for making CS, *YOU* don't have to be that sophisitcated! The consensus here is that even the simplest setups are enough to brew your own CS. The basic 2 silver wires and a battery connected with clipleads will do it with the right technique. Folks have used the resulting product and reported long term success. You can buy simple low voltage CS generators from many sources. Shop around and you'll find more sophisticated electronics and bells and whistles for not much more than the basic stuff. Then there's the nearly bulletproof high voltage systems like those from CSPro that cost a lot more but have a justifiably good reputation. And, you can buy a ready made CS from a number of vendors who people here have used and recommended, or even from a few of our members who manufacture CS to sell. (Conduct your business off-list, however!!!) So don't let us tinkerers fool you into thinking this stuff is beyond you. It's not. We just want to learn how to make the most reliable, convenient, and useful devices possible. But, they represent the refinement of simpler systems that *ALREADY WORK!!* Be well, all! Mike D. Re: CSCaution to New Members!!
Well thank God there's still room for us simple folks :-) Who was that that said they were a technoretard? I must be her twin. But I have to say, I still enjoy reading Victoria's postings - I believe she's about to revolutionize CS making! Not to mention giving the old techies around here new stuff to toss around over our heads. You go, girl! Pam :-) -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
