So though I did manage to slow the cataract progression somewhat, I did end up having to have the surgery after all. sol P.S. I have been taught that the mouth is the dirtiest orifice in the body there for I would not consider putting my saliva in my eyes even if it was mixed with EIS as EIS is not effective against every microbe and I would be concerned about getting one it did nothing to eradicate. He said in India, the therapy consists of using your own saliva, mixed with clean water and swished into the eye with an eye cup. The enzymes a person's saliva will gradually dissolve cataracts. Hi Bob, Well, it couldn't hurt. Maybe I should just do my EIS/CS drops more frequently. I suspect that adding some DMSO, although it's a bit less comfortable, would serve to help carry off the cataract material, as it generally helps rid cells of toxins and waste materials.
