I am not blue, I did not kill off all my gut bacteria, but I DID succeed in knocking candida to a level that stopped me being lactose intolerant, and I feel I also drasticaly lowered my levels of EBV, though I have no proof of that. I am not blue either. I still use my CS daily as mouthwash after brushing/flossing, and I mist eyes, inhale the mist, and mist my hands and "wash" them with it every time I'm out in public, soon as I get back to my car. No colds, no flus. And a glass of CS will stop any tummy upset from contaminated food virtually immediately. Most recently, a routine including eye drops of CS-MSM-DMSO alternating with carnitine eye drops and taking lutein bilberry seems to have eliminated cataracts I was diagnosed with last year.
