There´s a C4D Mastering Shaders course online that comes with a pretty nifty shader ball and other things, already uv´d but it frikken weights a good 400 mb the scene alone. Happy New Year all, Does anyone know of a good (UV'd) shader ball test model they would recommend. Would like to try and gain some sort of control of shaders/pbr setups etc. between arnold, redshift, substance and various other applications. Hey everyone I have finally (almost) finished and uploaded two of my little tools that I promised to upload some time ago. VerifyExrModes: This is a console application that displays all channels grouped by each part and other settings like resolution, compression, scanline/tiled, ... HddSpeedTest: Just another read/write/copy speed test application. But you can start it on multiple machines at the same time to test your fileserver and network. And it has many settings if you are a developer and want to know the fastest functions. disable wrap on your textures or you´ll cover everything with each other over and over. The logic is to enter the values you´d need to move the UV shell from it´s current UV tile into the 0-1 range. Hey Max, just to give you some inspiration. This is what I was working on some time ago. It's basically the same type of owl I guess. In the first link you can see some of the feather work on 'The Little Ghost' and the second is a Japanese TV commercial. Both were created with a custom feather setup in ICE.
