Thank You Paul; there is no password; it is shared also to guest users... however I will try your suggestions. But could you tell me hat should I exactly put in share name? the name of the medial folder, or its hierarchical superior, or what ? the name of the disk (in which case it 's hard to understand what should this name be...) is the name that I see on the Mac smb://10.0.0.1/*sda2* ? or is it the name that I see in Volumio /mnt/NAS/*MYNAME*/Media ? Or the name of the of the disk that I see when I mount it on the Mac which is *MYNAME*/Music/Media; or any other of the parts of the path? Is this that I can't figure out.. on the router it is like that: 32814 +---+ |Filename: Schermata 2021-01-03 alle 18.40.31.png | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=32814| +---+ mibigo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71182 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113404 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] [ERROR] Disk Mount Error, Try to Reboot.
What is the configuration of your router. Is it open (no password) or is there a username and password configured. The manual is a bit vague as to authentication options. A few things to try. 1) If there is no password to access, try putting a "1" in both the username and password field. Sometimes mount just likes to have those fields populated. 2) Setup a username and password on your router for the share, then obviously add it to the mount line. 3) If there is still a problem, try adding the "cifs-utils" extension. That is the official mount helpers for cifs/samba..we don't include it by default as it is quite heavy, and most don't need it. But give it a shot if the password options above don't work. piCorePlayer a small player for the Raspberry Pi in RAM. Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Old computers and LMS
Seems good to me. Guess the issue must be with the libraries being built on a system that appears buggy to say the least as it created libraries for two different architectures. It's not too big an issue to build them yourself though. To start, you need Debian build-essentials of course. Get the source files by cloning https://github.com/Logitech/slimserver-vendor and make sure to read the README in the slimserver-vendor/CPAN folder. It should suffice to run the buildme.sh script which will build a shipload of stuff, some of which likely to be redundant on a live system, but that shouldn't hurt too much on a pentium class processor. gordonb3's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71050 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113550 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] [Howto] play Ogg Opus files
As of today, it doesn't. However, LMS isn't picking up any updates and http://www.mysqueezebox.com/download still appears to serve the same version 8.1.0. So I'm not surprised nothing has changed. Do I need to do something manually to force an update? damazta's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71165 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=107011 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Old computers and LMS
The CPAN buildme.sh script creates both i386-linux-thread-multi-64int and i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi-64int for my custom perl 5.28 and as well as the os installed 5.14 perl. I've been running LMS with both folders forever. I'm happy to clean up the image, however, it's likely better to just rebuild the CPAN modules on the old computer. I can help you with that if you like. Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Old computers and LMS
According to ralphy, he compiled the libs for 5.28.1, which is exactly the version of perl I use on my system. It still is what the error states. Maybe you have multiple versions of these loadable libraries in various paths and it finds the other one first. The archive Ralphy provided imho is invalid. We'll need him to clean it up, as it provides two copies of the files in two different folders. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Maybe you have multiple versions of these loadable libraries in various paths and it finds the other one first. I'd start by getting rid of everything in CPAN/arch as none of it is good for your platform, OS, and Perl version. Then copy the files you got from Ralphy into that subdir and run Squeezeboxserver normally. Additional note: the x86 system I use as a crossdev platform for arm32 reports as `i686-linux-thread-multi`. Can't verify as it runs Perl 5.30, but I would expect similar errors as you are seeing with libraries compiled for either `i386-linux-thread-multi-64int` or `i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi-64int` gordonb3's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71050 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113550 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

I have checked that all cue files in my music library do not contain REPLAYGAIN directive. All cue and flac files are ripped by Exact Audio Copy from CD. They are all 16bits/44.1khz music files.
