I am a Comcast customer and already provided him with the settings for
my account, which were supplied by the Mozilla ISP database when I set
up my account using the Account Setup wizard in Thunderbird, and were

into the application that SeaMonkey requires.

That page does not reflect the settings I have for my account, which I

See my post at

Suggestion: Use SeaMonkey for browsing and Thunderbird for email. You
have to open 2 windows anyway.

What settings do you have for each server?

The POP (mail.comcest.net) one is for receiving mail and the SMTP
(smtp.comcast.net) is for sending mail.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0

One final note is if you 'advertise lighnting' as installed it can cause

I have both advertise firefox compatibility and lightning unchecked with

Your machine first came out in 2007.
I assume that it is 64 bit. 32 bit has limited memory capability and
may not run Google Earth Pro.

Make sure that the vid drivers are up to date.
If 64 bit and still no good, then install a modern vid card.
At least a Nvidia 650.

The google earth is also a standalone program for PC - all versions are
"pro".

For a PC delete the old one and install the latest version. Access via a
browser is a separate approach.

If you see all dark try resetting your default settings.

I LOVE GOOGLE EARTH.

2.53 should work. They are doing deliberate incorrect user agent

Dovecot is an IMAP and POP3 mail server, so I'd suspect that the
incoming server (in your case, POP3) settings were used, by mistake, for
the outgoing server (SMTP).

Hi Jeff,

Dovecot is an IMAP/POP server usually running on a Linux server.
Personally, when setting up a private mail server, I use Postfix for SMTP
and Dovecot of IMAP (I tend to turn POP off). If you're using the same
details on both computers then I'd suggest checking the port numbers and
SSL/TLS settings just to be sure they're right.
