See https://developer.mozilla.org/En/Extensions_support_in_SeaMonkey_2 if you want to tweak the file to use the extension in SeaMonkey. The install.rdf file is embedded within the extension's XPI file, which is actually a ZIP file. Using a zip application (e.g., WinZip in Windows), extract install.rdf, edit it per that Web page, and then re-insert it back into the XPI file. Create all the signature files you might want to use, name each file something you will remember, and save these files in the Sig Folder. For each mail account click Settings and on the main page look for Attach the signature from a file instead. Click Choose and navigate to your profile folder and the Sig Folder. Now select the Signature File you wish to use. You can use this trick for any outgoing message you need, you can also use it for Replies as well. If you use a text editor to create the files be sure you save it as .txt. If you use Composer to create a HTML file be sure it is saves as .HTML.
