[OSM-talk-fr] Organisez des événements dans le cadre de la Fête des Possibles, du 15 au 30 septembre 2018

Pour information, je transfère un message de l'April.
C'est un appel à préparation d'événements pour promouvoir le logiciel
libre et la culture libre.

Du 15 au 30 septembre 2018, l'April participe avec plus de 120 autres
organisations et réseaux de la transition à la Fête des Possibles
(nouveau nom de la Journée de la Transition). Plus de 3 000
rendez-vous sont prévus en France et en Belgique pour rendre visibles
les milliers d’initiatives locales qui embellissent la société et
construisent un avenir plus durable et solidaire.

C'est une belle occasion de montrer que « c'est possible » d'utiliser
des logiciels libres et de sensibiliser un large public !

Il est possible d'organiser son propre événement. Il est sans doute
possible aussi de participer à des événements déjà prévus, en
proposant aux organisateurs de prévoir une petite place pour de la
sensibilisation sur le logiciel libre.
Votre contribution peut prendre plusieurs formes : conférence de
découverte, install party, atelier d'initiation, exposition de
panneaux comme par exemple l'Expolibre (www.expolibre.org), diffusion
de vidéos, etc.

Dobře. Když už si teda hraješ, mohl bys dát dopředu vědět, že se bude
něco dít? Já vím, že to je další korporátní nesmysl,  ale ostatním to
překvapivě ulehčuje život.
A neexistence testu, kam má přístup více lidí, zvyšuje vstupní bariéru
pro potenciální zájemce, kteří by chtěli s tímhle hobby projektem pomoct.

Hi Tommy,
Yes, I agree that existing addresses should be kept. When I wrote that I
removed duplicates, what I actually meant was that I removed duplicates of
existing addresses from the addresses that I am planning to add.  That is
to say that only missing addresses will be added.  Sorry about being
unclear.

Pourquoi avoir besoin de vérification sur le terrain, les personnes qui ont
mis ces tags n'ont pu vouloir dire qu'une chose, un poteau électrique avec
un transfo dessus sauf qu'ils n'ont pas mis les bons tags (sûrement parce
qu'il n'existaient pas).
en fait la seul question c'est est ce que c’est un transfo pour la
distribution? Je pense que sur un power=pole c'est le cas.

pareil que le cas avant avec les transformateurs, pour le contributeur
c'est un switch sur un poteau électrique et les bons tags c'est power=pole
et switch=*

(Pour moi il faut que la valeur "yes" soit possible quand on ne sait pas
soit parce que l'on ne le voit pas ou parce que l'on y connait rien et que
l'on a pas envie de chercher plus loin. pareil pour transformer=*)

(sur les 827 power_1=* il y en a au moins 800 dans le grand est créé par un

c'est bizarre il y en a partout en europe mais pas en France, il n'y aurait

Tja, bara en del av brukarna använder Josm. Använder man webbgränssnittet
för redigering, så ligger satellitbilderna på plats, och tillhör så att
säga programmet. Varför skulle en oerfaren användare över huvud taget tro
att satellitbilden är fel. Man kan ju lika gärna tro att vägar, stigar och
annat ligger slarvigt inlagda. Det är nog överoptimistiskt att tro att
"varje mappare" ska kalibrera centralt inlagda satellitbilder. Om det är
just Bing som brukar orsaka problem, så kanske man skulle ta bort detta
alternativ helt.
Men det betyder inte att det finns någon central resurs som löser problemet
- vad vi får är felaktigt inlagd information när folk använder dåligt
kalibrerade bilder som underlag.

Detta är ingenting som går att ändra på centralt och det är vanligare att 
bilderna ligger lite fel än att de inte gör det. Det är varje mappares ansvar 
att själva se till att kalibrera bilderna efter verkligheten.

Använder man josm kan man lagra ett offset på servern som andra sedan kan 
använda men det bygger på att andra laddar ner detta offset.

osm.org -> GPS Stopy (lista nahore) -> vybrat gps stopu -> upravit

Nebo v iD editoru proste vezmi GPX (nebo GeoJSON) soubor a proste ho
pretahni do okna editoru a pust. On se ti tam zobrazi.

I know there is a lot of energy in the US community. Interesting mapping 
projects you have embarked on. Local meetups you have been to, or even 
organized. Tools you are excited about. People you have met. I would really 
like to hear about all these things at State of the Map US in Detroit later 
this year. So I am asking you to submit a proposal to present.

If you think: 'neh, that's not for me', please still give it some thought. 
Perhaps you have never done a public presentation before. That's okay, about 
half of SOTM US presenters are in the same boat as you. People are just as 
interested in your OSM project /   experience as you are in theirs. If you need 
advice, or you are not sure about what to submit or how, email me directly. The

D'après une présentation faite par Mapillary au SOTM FR2016 leur algos
de deep learning sont sensés être capable de réaliser qu'un panneau
apparaissant sur 3 photos ne correspondaient en fait qu'à un seul objet
et de déterminer l'emplacement de cet objet. Est-ce qu'Osmose s'appuie
là-dessus ou est-ce qu'il signale le problème pour chaque photo ?
Non, c'est le résultat du clustering. Mais malgré cela, les panneaux 
sont souvent dupliqués.

nebyl.

C'est pas exactement ce qui est demandé, mais comme je n'ai pas trouvé
d'appli de ce genre, j'exporte en GPX les données qui m'intéressent sur
la zone que je vais couvrir et je les importe dans osmand. Ça me fait
des points rouges sur la carte, un peu comme les favoris. Attention à
ne pas importer ça en favori, sinon ça devient difficile à trier.

He hecho un par de tareas y lo veo bien. Ya está publicado.

Respecto a las áreas con landuse=residential, yo no las borraría por
respeto a quien las añadió y por lo que dice Daniel. Además, no sabemos que
utilidad se le puede dar más adelante. Para que esté correcto hay que
ajustar su contorno a los edificios. Desplaza sus nodos cerca de nodos de
los edificios y pulsa la tecla M para que se fusionen. Por cada nodo del
edificio que limite con la zona residencial, seleccionalo y usa la tecla J
para que la vía se ajuste al nodo. De lo que se trata es de que la vía de
la zona residencial no corte a un edificio sin que exista un nodo en la
intersección.

En Maó ya existen bastantes edificios dibujados. Ten en cuenta que no se
deben borrar y sustituir por los de Catastro, sino combinarlos para
preservar el historial. Esto se hace seleccionando el edificio previo y uno
nuevo y CTRL-MAYUS-G. Por ejemplo en esta vía:

Si la vía una características tipo amenity=* o shop=*, etc, y no se
corresponde con un edificio sino con una parte o con varios edificios,
ajusta los nodos de forma parecida a la que te decía para las zonas
residenciales. Por ejemplo:

Si edificio ya dibujado cubre una manzana entera, es mejor reconvertirlo en
landuse=residential y ajustar los nodos, como en:

correct. The ceremonial county of Tyne and Wear is split across County Durham 
and North Yorks. This is a unique situation... As the original request was 
based on the ceremonial County, it would be better to include this area.

Existe il une application pour Android qui afficherait sur une carte les
erreurs osmose (avec filtrage sur les catégories) autour d'un point donné
(typiquement, la position courante) ?

Les versions web des cartes pour navigateur étant proches de l'illisible
sur smartphone, ça pourrait être d'une aide appréciable (surtout pour aller
identifier tous les postes électriques sur le terrain ;) )

¿Qué etiquetas tienen esas zonas residenciales a las que haces referencia?
Si son zonas marcadas como «landuse=residential», creo que no deberías
borrarlas, son perfectamente válidas. Aportan una información que no aportan
los edificios. Se refieren a usos del suelo [1], independientemente de que
en su interior haya o no edificios construidos. En todo caso, podrías
modificar sus contornos para que se ajusten mejor a las zonas de uso
residencial e incluyan dentro a los edificios existentes.

die Abschaltung der Strato-Server wird konkret.

Weil es doch noch einige aktive Projekte gibt hat uns der FOSSGIS e.V.
Dankenswerterweise einen neuen Server gemietet.

Alle Projekte sollten spätestens bis Anfang September auf den neuen Server
umgezogen sein!

Da ich im Zuge des Umzugs auch Altlasten entsorgen möchte bitte ich die
Projektverantwortlichen um erneute Zusendung eines ssh-Schlüssels und
gewünschten Loginnamen.

Desweiteren wäre es gut wenn ihr mir gleich eine Liste mit benötigter
Software mitschicken könntet. Im Idealfall eine Liste der zu installierenden
Pakete. Es läuft ein Debian 9.4. Paketsuche ist unter
https://www.debian.org/distrib/packages

Bevorzugt würde ich wenn möglich nur Pakete aus der Distribution oder
stretch-backports installieren wollen :)

Today, v4.12.0 of the OpenStreetMap Carto stylesheet (the default
stylesheet on the OSM website) has been released. Once changes are
deployed on the openstreetmap.org it will take couple of days before
all tiles show the new rendering.

Changes include:

Major changes
- Dropped subpixel accuracy for areas, which includes tuning some
database indexes. When deployed, it might speed up reading data.

Changes
- Added rendering “surface” tag on roads with a pattern
- More vertical objects rendering and tuning (man_made=tower types,
man_made=chimney, man_made=communications_tower)
- tourism=information types rendering and tuning
(information=audioguide, board, guidepost, map, office, tactile_map,
tactile_model and terminal)
- Added rendering for place=quarter
- Added rendering of historic=city_gate
- Added rendering of lock_name
- Ditch and drain name labels are rendered with some offset
- Pixel aligned ford icon
- Made amenity=shelter icon brown
- Finer man_made=pier width rendering
- Rendering living street tunnels different from residential
- Added rendering of overground power=cable like power=line
- Small documentation and code fixes

Could I make a request for an additional region within England on geofabrik?

 

It's Tyne and Wear, a former metropolitan county covering Newcastle and the
surrounding area - similar in status to former metropolitan counties of
South  and West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

Ecco questa era proprio l'idea originale, ad uso scolastico: prendere 
alcuni nomi significativi per ruolo e/o periodo storico e confrontarne il 
"successo" territoriale, da incrociare con altre considerazioni

parole.

Nella campagna di rilevazioni 1869-1887 [1] non esiste nessuno dei due
toponimi

v ramci vytvareni projektu se pokazilo zobrazovani vsech fotek bez
podminek, ktere se pouziva na mape.
uz by to melo zase fungovat.


btw neni zadna produkce a preprodukce a buhvicojeste, je jen jeden
kontinualne vyvijejici se hobbyprodukt, na nejaky rozdeleni na
produkci a test a podobne korporatni nesmysly neni cas a hlavne
chut:). uz tak dost ze mame nekolik ruzne funkcnich www, delit zbytek
uz by asi byla smrt.

int_ref only on way.
I think most motorways in Belgium where mapped correctly, before this change.

Perhaps a mistake of the user which selected ways and nodes before
adding/changing the int_ref ?
Feel free to reach out to the mapper that made the mistake.

s tím, že se nacházejí x metrů od rozcestníku




chtěl jsem je tedy přesunout k rozcestníku ale po rozkliknutí na osm.cz se
mi neobjeví ikona fotografie u rozcestníku (pouze ikona chybného
rozcestníku) a nemohu ji tedy přesunout.
