Well, now we detected your problem!!.

Here it's your solution:

Edit batskin.xml

Search this string

  size id=ToolbarIcons width=32 height=32 /

Change it with this one

  size id=ToolbarIcons width=48 height=48 /

You will get the icons a bit scaled but I think you will love this
solution ;-)

If you don't have this XML (I don't know if it's deployed with the
original MSI) I suggest you to use the MAU Yellowish Icons. The old
link MAU placed on this list now returns a 404, so I placed them on my
website (any problem with it MAU?)

Ok, so the problem it's the bigger font you have configured on

I don't know if editing the xml of the icons you could scalate them.

That certainly gives you some advantage :)

And now that you mention 'hidden options', although it is not too hidden
I think the option we are talking about would seem more logical if it
was placed next to the drop down list where you can select Menu or
Toolbar Icons on the Menu Toolbars tab.

Hi MAU,

If you go to Customise and select the different toolbars in the
Containers section on the left, what is the setting for each on the
lower right corner? Toolbar Icons or Menu Icons?

It is all menu icons, grey, not changable.

It's not changeable for menus, but it should be for toolbars. And the
setting for toolbars should obviously be Toolbar Icons, which are four
times as big as menu ones.

Sorry to admit it, but I didn't manage making the toolbars and the icons on it
bigger.

Hi MAU,

 That is attached.

 Totally unusable.

I've put two others in a better resolution here:
http://www.gunivortus.net/mau-1.jpg
http://www.gunivortus.net/mau-2.jpg

Are your toolbar icons the same size as mine in attached PNG?

Can't say that really. the comparision of the text and the icons differs from
mine.

I do have 131 icon gif files C:\Program Files\The Bat!, they all have
 Images_Default_...gifin their names.

Uh! I don't recall ever seeing similar gif files in my TB installation
directory. Any idea where from or when you got them?

They seem to be all smileys and were put there at 27.08.2008 together with an
MSI file of TB. In the Images_default.msl, which belong to those GIFs are
Ritlabs people named, 9val and Valerye Bostan.

One further question. Is this small icons problem you are having
something that has appeared with the use of one of recent betas?

It is not related to a recent beta, but I would prefer it, to become this a
developers item;
several of my programs have the simple option to change the iconsize, f.i. my
favourite file-handling program 'Total Commander' has the option to set the
icons
at 16x16 or 32x32.
It would be great, if Ritlabs could implement such an option to resize all
icons.
