Thank you, Januk. I vaguely remembered it was possible, only that I
tried to use %Organisation="xy", to no avail.
Unfortunately it's still undocumented.

Actually, there is a better option than templates if all you want is a
different name/address/organization. Use the folder properties and
change your identity under the identity tab. This way you don't have
to worry about changing all your AB reply templates or creating folder
level templates.

Yes. Use filters to move the messages to the desired folder.

If you wish to use a different name but the same e-mail address, as I do
with this list, use the %FROM macro in your reply template. If you wish
to be thorough, change the names using both the %FROM and %REPLYTO
macros.

Syntax: %FROM="your name "
%REPLYTO="your name "

If you wish to use another account, i.e., different e-mail address, then
use the %ACCOUNT="account name" macro to automatically switch the
account.

Yes. You can filter all or selected incoming message into a any
folder; this folder does not have to be in the same account as to
which the message was sent.

In a folder-level template, you can have the %Account= macro. This will
override the account in which you are, and will use all settings of
the target account. This should also answer your question about the

My only grief with that workaround that redirection sets X-Sender to
my address, therefore my colouring filters paints the (redirected)
message to the colour I reserved for my messages :( At least that
happened when I last tried it.

The negative is that you do destroy some of the information (mostly
header info). What about mime forwarding yourself the message? Maybe
with an appropriate template we could get the filter to trigger and
maintain the message integrity... I haven't explored this in any
detail, it's just food for thought.

It's a FAQ and FRF (frequently requested feature). The answer is no,
not at this moment.

There's a workaround, though. After setting up your other email
addresses as secondary accounts, add one single Incoming messages
filter to them that redirect all mail to your main account. Then
remember to check the "Allow local delivery" option in "Options |
Network and Administration", which would deliver the redirected mail
"locally" (basically by moving messages to the Inbox of the main
account). Since they're "received" by the main account (it's
technically redirected, not moved), so the filters of the main
account would apply.

"one email address" and "one account" are synonymous in TB.

You can, however, filter into folders across accounts. I have a friend
who sends messages to me sometimes to one account (email address A),
sometimes to the other (email address B). In any case, his mails end
up in and the same folder, which is located in account B, and from
there I reply. :-)
