Yes! I built the plugin from source -- the POM no longer expresses a dependency on tools.jar -- and using the plugin, I do NOT have to do anything special for Max OS X support. Re: [m2] Tools.jar & Apple
checkout the source from http://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/trunk/mojo/mojo-sandbox/jaxws-maven-plugin then run mvn install your project will automatically pickup this plugin build, rather than the old binary at codehaus snapshot -D On 3/9/07, jsolderitsch <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Not yet -- I confess I am new to maven and trying to build and use a plugin is not something I know how to do, although it may be easy. Re: [m2] Tools.jar & Apple
Any chance you could send me your pom.xml file? I am a little baffled why the JAXWS plugin is failing on what appears to be a classpath issue with the annotations. How did using a legacy repository affect things? Actually, I take that back... you can define exclusions for dependencies within a plugin, but it doesn't look like you can define them for a plugin itself. Anybody know of a good way to do that? Re: Tools.jar & Apple
Since classes.jar is always on the classpath, you could probably just use an to disregard the dependency. Otherwise, you actually end up with classes.jar on your classpath twice.
