Fw: emailadresse openoffice 4.1.0

 Sehr geehrter Herr Tesch,

Ich benutze Win7 ohne Outlook o.ä. (Angriffsfläche vermindern), Software und
Treiber immer aktuell, COMODO Internet Security Premium.

As you imply, the problem with a cell containing
only an e-mail address is that this will have
been automatically converted to a hyperlink, and
when you double-click on the cell in order to
edit it, the hyperlink will be stimulated and
OpenOffice will at least hesitate whilst a new
mail message is created. What happens next will
depend on what you have registered as your mail
client. Perhaps you have none: maybe you use a web interface to your mail.

Was kann ich tun?

Many things:

o If you do not want the addresses to act as
hyperlinks, go to Tools | AutoCorrect Options...
| Options and remove the tick from URL Recognition - before you enter them.

o If you do not want the addresses to act as
hyperlinks but you have already entered them,
select the cell - or even a range, such as an
entire column - and go to Format | Default Formatting (or Ctrl+M).

o If you need to edit the address in a cell, you
can double-click on a part of the cell outside
the hyperlink - either additional text or in a
blank part of the cell. Expand the column width
if necessary to allow this. You cannot edit the
address directly, but you can replace it.

o Alternatively, you can remove the hyperlink
first, as above, and then edit the original text.

I trust this helps.

Hallo Alfons,

gegangen beim Update.

Meist hilft es das Benutzerverzeichnis umzubenennen. Diese Anleitung
hilft vielleicht dabei:

1. http://de.openoffice.info/viewtopic.php?f=27t=54231#p206070

To whom it may concern,

Recently upgraded to OpenOffice 4.1.0 but I've encountered a problem with the
left scroll function. It appears that the input buffer is not able to keep up
with mouse input. The program begins bouncing left and right oscillating back
and forth but eventually the program becomes confused and translates the left
scroll commands for right scroll commands shifting the display right.

AW: Installation openoffice 4.1.0

2014-05-31 Thread 3052192
Hallo Bernhard,

Danach
sollte die Installation möglich sein.
Woher hast Du die neue Version?? Evt. nochmal von der Original-Website
http://www.openoffice.org/de/ runterladen!! Nicht überall wo 4.1.0
draufsteht ist das Original drin!

Hi all
I tried this on my Mac and am afraid to say from a VoiceOver user's
prospective it's not working very well at all. If you plan to make it
accessible then may I respectfully suggest you make it accessible on all
supported platforms. In Mac Os X just press command-f5 to activate
VoiceOver and listen to the speech while you use OpenOffice.

 http://de.openoffice.info/viewtopic.php?f=1t=63954

Subject: [ANN] Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0 released

The Apache OpenOffice project is pleased to announce the immediate
availability of OpenOffice 4.1.0.  You can download it from our

Apache OpenOffice 4.1 is a minor update with many bugfixes and 2 major
improvements. It's the first version where we have the
iAccessibility2 support integrated and available. A very huge step
forward to better support disabled users especially on Windows. The
second improvement is the switch to 64 bit on MacOS. A long
and overdue must do shift forward to support newer APIs and platforms
on MacOS.

And AOO 4.1.0 increases again the number of supported languages which is
now 38. The supported languages are Asturian, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish,
German, Greek, English (GB + US), Spanish, Basque, Finnish, French,
Scots Gaelic, Galician, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese,
Khmer, Korean, Lithuanian, Norwegian Bokmal, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese,
Portuguese Brazil, Russian, Slovak, Serbian Cyrillic, Swedish, Tamil,
Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, Chinese (Simplified + Traditional).

Re: [ANN] Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0 released

2014-04-29 Thread Mirarchi, Lawrence
I just downloaded the latest Open Office but my OSX Maverick system tells
me I am not allowed to open it because it's from an unauthorized developer.
Yet I have been using the previous version of Open Office. Can this be
fixed? If not, can I download the previous version of Open Office?

Thank you
Larry

[ANN] Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0 Beta released

2014-03-10 Thread Jürgen Schmidt
The Apache OpenOffice project is pleased to announce the immediate
availability of OpenOffice 4.1.0 Beta You can download it from our
website [1].

We release Beta versions of OpenOffice to get early feedback from
users. Beta versions may have more bugs than GA releases and may not
be suitable for tasks which require the highest level of stability.
Beta versions are recommended for experienced users who are willing to
share their feedback with the OpenOffice project.

The 4.1.0 Beta update includes many bug fixes as well as new
translations: Bulgarian, Danish, Hindi, Norwegian Bokmål and Thai.

Highlight of this new version is the integrated iAccessible2 support
that is a huge milestone to support users with disabilities better on
the windows platform. It's the work of many month of development and QA.

Details of new features and enhancements in this release are described
in the Release Notes [2].

Those interested in the source code can download it via the links on
this page [3].

Bug reports can be entered in our Bugzilla database, details can be
found under [4]. Questions and other feedback, good or bad, can be sent
to our users mailing list at users@openoffice.apache.org.

Thanks in advance to our Beta Testers!

Thank you for an hour of my life lost forever!

The link leads to a site to download the source files - no use to me.

I eventually found a link to the executable but when installed it only produced
frequent errors and was difficult to uninstall.

Please don't send links to untested releases to users like myself who are
unable to deal with them.

When the final version is released I'm sure I will be grateful for your
efforts. (Particularly if you fix the minor bugs relating to Finder in OSX
Mavericks.)

Nonetheless, thank you for a great free program.

John

Re: [ANN] Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0 Beta released

2014-03-10 Thread Tubular
John, please forgive me if I appear not to be the brightest bulb;
however, if an email you receive clearly states it is a beta test, why
did you bother to waste an hour of your life? The next question, why
fill up my inbox with a note that clearly blames someone else for
something you chose to do?

Thank you for listening -
One of the Elderly who is very thankful for those who created this
product and have patience to wait for them to get if finished before
trying the updated version.

John

be suitable for tasks which require the highest level of stability.
Beta versions are recommended for experienced users who are willing to

We all give time to support this wonderful project - it's not time lost but
given to Openoffice.

The link leads to a site to download the source files - no use to me.
The mail you cited has 4 links - the first one leads to the compiled AOO
4.1.0 Beta.

I eventually found a link to the executable but when installed it
only produced frequent errors and was difficult to uninstall.
Bad.

Please don't send links to untested releases to users like myself
who are unable to deal with them.
The Mail you cited states clearly:
We release Beta versions of OpenOffice to get early feedback from
users. Beta versions may have more bugs than GA releases and may not
be suitable for tasks which require the highest level of stability.
Beta versions are recommended for experienced users who are willing to
share their feedback with the OpenOffice project.
So: This version is not for you. You have been warned.

When the final version is released I'm sure I will be grateful for your
efforts. (Particularly if you fix the minor bugs relating to Finder in OSX
Mavericks.)
Fixing the crappy finder in OSX maybe beyond the scope of AOO.

Nonetheless, thank you for a great free program.
