Re: [SOGo] Problem with calendar invitation
Hi, Some news for this bug. With the webmail (SOGo 3.1.4 and 3.1.5), we don't have the problem. With Thunderbird 38.7.0 and 45.3.0 on SOGo 3.1.4, we have the problem... The bug can be in the SOGO Connector, Integrator or Lightning ? How can I help to find more information ? [SOGo] Apt-get upgrade after SOGo compilation
Hi, We compiled SOGo and SOPE on Debian Jessie. Everything works fine except the following point. When we do an "apt-get upgrade", we have always this error: The following packages have unmet dependencies: sogo : Depends: libsbjson2.3 (>= 4.9.r1664.20160708) but 4.9.r1664 is installed E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f. If we do an "apt-get -f install", it wants to uninstall SOGo... Do you have an idea to remove this warning ? Thanks, -- Louis-Philippe -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

[SOGo] email tag problem
Hi, I search to know how email tags work... I want to find a solution to a problem. I don't know if it is a SOGo, Thunderbird or Cyrus related bug... User sets tags "To Do" or "Important" in Thunderbird. He saw tags in SOGo webmail. But sometimes, tags disappear, all the tags in his mailbox... And I don't know why... The first time the problem happens, I tought it was the upgrade to Thunderbird 38.7. We use SOGo 3.1.2 on Debian server with Cyrus (version 2.4.17) and Thunderbird 38.7.0. Re: [SOGo] UTC time in sogo.log
Hi, I forget to mention, it's a fresh install, but, at the begining, I discovered that SOGo 1.3.16 is in the official Debian (wheezy) repository. I installed this version, but I didn't configure it. I remove it and install 2.2.16. This error can broke something ? In the documentation ( http://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGo%20Installation%20Guide.pdf) on page 10, I can read "If SOGo refuses to start due to syntax errors in its configuration file, plparse is helpful for finding these, as it indicates the line containing the problem." So, I removed a semicolon in the file. I ran "plparse" an I get an error. I restart SOGo (with the erronous conf file) and it restart ! Hi, I made a second SOGoUserSources in my config file for the group as mentionned in documentation p. 19-20. Now, I don't have any error in log file. I can see my group now and I can see details in a "edit" window . But I can't see members... The documentation mentions "group" in the field "KindFieldName". Is it related ? Hi Francis, Yes, it is Ldap-based group and groups appear properly in the contacts list when I made a search. [SOGo] Thunderbird 10 to 17 ( upgrade )
Hi, We plan to move to Thunderbird 17 with Lightning 1.9 and SOGo extensions. I saw this bug on Lightning : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=827078 Without the release of Lightning 1.9.1, we can't use Lightning with SOGo ? Do you know when this version will be release? There is a roadmap somewhere ? ( I don't want to use patches in a production environment). [SOGo] SOGo update server
Hi, In the SOGo Mozilla ThunderBird Configuration manual (p. 9), in the updates.php file, they specify something after the filename : "filename" => "sogo-integrator-3.105-sogo-demo.xpi" ), "{e2fda1a4-762b-4020-b5ad-a41df1933103}" Where come from this beautiful string ( {e2fad1a4-...) ? The same string is in the Integrator's extensions.rdf file ... Thanks for your help ! -- Louis-Philippe Gauthier -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] calendar ACL problem ?
Hi, I have a little problem or question. I subscribe to a resource calendar. I set a meeting with this resource. It works fine. In the calendar (with the SOGo web mail), I see "Public Event". But in ThunderBird I can see the object of the meeting. It's not normal that I don't see the same thing in webmail and Thunderbird. I check my config file and I see in SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles "PublicDandTViewer". [SOGo] Email groups in Thunderbird
Hi, Email groups work fine in SOGo. They are created in LDAP and in the SOGo webmail, we can see them in the addressbook. What I have to do to see the groups in ThunderBird addressbook ? Thanks for your help, -- Louis-Philippe Gauthier -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

Yes, I ran it. Is it normal that I have to chmod the file sql-update-1.3.3_to_1.3.4-mysql.sh in /usr/share/doc/sogo before executing the script ? It was to rw-r-r mode... The column c_categories doesn't exist... So the script didn't run when I update from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4 few months ago... Have you made sure all sogo instances where properly shut down ? Clear cache in webbrowser ? It was the proxy the problem. I forgot to bypass it with my new computer... Thanks for you help! -- Louis-Philippe Gauthier -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

[SOGo] Re: calendar problem ?
(I answer to myself and for the records) After some coffee... ;-) It's normal... If I change _personal_ data in the event, like "calendar name", I need to uncheck the "Notify attendees" checkbox. If not, it's like a cancellation and a new event... Sorry for the nose... 2011/5/13 Louis-Philippe Gauthier > Hi, > > I add an event with attendees in my personnal calendar. [SOGo] calendar problem ?
Hi, I add an event with attendees in my personnal calendar. The attendees accept invitation. If I change the event from my personnal calendar to another calendar, the receive another invitation (fine, because the check box "Notify attendees" was checked) *AND* they receive a cancellation of the same event. Is it normal ? If so, it's a little bit confusing for user because they didn't see my calendar settings in the invitation. I tested with Thunderbird only. Re: [SOGo] SOGo + Funambol
Hi, The default database of Funambol is HyperSonic... Do you configure Funambol to use Mysql ? see Funambol Documentation - Section 16.4 Using funambol with MySQL 2011/3/24 Dominique > Hi, > > I got the user connection working now with a Nokia N97. Re: [SOGo] Free/Busy not displayed in web?
Hi, Have you set SOGoCalendarDefaultRoles in SOGo configuration? "PublicDAndTViewer" for public event ? "PrivateDAndTViewer" for private event ? "ConfidentialDAndTViewer" for confidential event? With these three parameters, you'll see that there is something in the calendar (but you didn't see what it is ) my 2cents. -- Louis-Philippe Gauthier 2011/3/17 Jim Hague > I've installed SOGo on a Debian Squeeze host, via apt from the Inverse > repository.
