Hi all, I’m trying to get Apple TV on my fire TV. I’ve searched for it and can’t find it. Does anyone know how to do this? I understand it’s available now. Thanks for any help. Yes, go to the trash folder and select edit and there will be an option to delete all messages. Hope this helps you. This is what I did, several times, but it would not allow me to edit my card. This card also has Apple Pay attached with it. Don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not, but it wouldn’t allow me to change anything. Hello all, I, too, have had problems with this app for the last couple of months. The app keeps crashing. This was a great app when it worked. I love to order from it because it was so easy. Need help with the Panera Bread app please
Hi all, I'm having trouble with the Panera Bread app. We now have delivery in our area. I open the app and try to place an order. I choose delivery, and after it says to put in my address which I do, I can't find a button to continue. Is there a workaround for this? Problems with latest version of face book Ios app
Hello all, Since the latest face book update for ios, I have had problems posting messages. When I start a message voiceover says after creating your post select who you want to see the message. I double tap next button. It gives me the select audience of friends and the group I belong to. There is no post button at all. If I choose friends at that point it gives me the ability to create a secret group and there is a post button. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks for any help on this. Hi all, I finally got the Instacart app to work for me and I ordered my first grocery delivery from Publix. today and everything went smoothly except for the rating part. Is there a workaround for this? I even had excellent interaction with my shopper washy was getting the groceries with question she had to ask me. I'm glad that I got this to work. iTunes not downloading on my PC
Hi all, I wanted to connect my new iPhone 7 to iTunes on my PC and a message came up saying I needed the latest version of iTunes for the iPhone 7. I checked for updates and it asked me if I wanted to download the latest version and I said yes. It would not download both yesterday and today. Anyone else having this problem? Hi, Coming from a 6 to a 7, I didn't have the benefits of having a better speaker, but I can say that the speakers in the 7 sound great! I played music for the first time today and there is a definite difference in the bass and sound as well. Hi, using the AT&T app, I had no problem pre-ordering my iPhone 7. Although, I had to do it twice. The first time it wouldn't allow me to type in the payment field where you put in your credit card expiration date and year. The second time everything work. It's a bit tricky but it's doable. And in Internet Explorer the continue links that advanced you through each step and its accompanying page were quite tricky to activate and only did so with one screen reader. If anyone had experiences that were either similar or differed from that which I had I’d love to hear about it so as to most affectively communicate with AT&T in an effort to make this upgrade area better for us all going forward. By and large I feel AT&T has done a decent job concerning accessibility both in their iOS app and on site. Here’s hoping this glitchy area can be ironed out too. Voice over not working after I turn it on using Siri
Hi all, I'm having a problem with voice over. After I turn it on using Siri on my friends phone it stays on until I go to another screen and then it completely dies with no sounds or speech. Can anyone help with this? I did a reset all settings and this did not correct the problem. Voice over not staying on after I tell siri to turn it on
Hi all, I have a sighted friend who has an iPhone and I help her out a lot when she has problems. When I ask siri to turn on voice over voice over is turned on but when I go to use it to help her it goes away completely and I can't do anything with the phone. Anyone have ideas as to how I can get voice over to stay on? I even had her go into accessibility settings to make sure that status cells were turned off in Braille and they were. This didn't happen until last week after she updated to 9.3. She also upgraded her phone a couple of days ago and when she asked me to help her today I thought voice over would work fine since it was a new phone but the very same thing happened. Problem with envoking Siri using the home button
Hi all, I have a sighted friend who just updated to Ios9 using an iPhone 6 plus. She cannot use the home button when trying to talk to Siri. She does not hear the tone when holding down the home button but she says that visually she sees how can I help you on the screen. She came over this morning and I tried using the phone with voice over and the home button works just fine and I get the tone after holding in the button. I did recalibrate her home button hoping this would work but it did not. Any thoughts on how she can get her home button to work properly again? Could this be a bug in Ios 9? Hi, Thanks so much for all this information. It was most helpful. I did have to go and turn off hidden file types as I'm using windows 7, and thought I had the problem solved after that. I was able to rename the file and it went into the proper tones folder in iTunes, but when I went to sync the ring tone, it would not sync to the phone. I tried several times but it did not work. Hi Sieghard, Finally figured out the problem I was having with iTunes. The read only boxes confused me so I didn't think there were any edit fields to type in. I do have the latest version of iTunes and I am running windows 7 and using jaws 16. After pressing control I to bring up song info I wasn't tabbing far enough to get to the edit fields so now I don't have to control tab. Thanks for the help. Whenever I want to edit a song and press control I it says song info and when I tab to the different fields it says, for example, artist name read only and you can't type in these fields. Need help with apple tv, please?
Hello all, I recently got an apple tv. I tried to set it up yesterday and could not get voice over to come on. I have the apple tv connected to the tv with the HDMI cable. I tried to change my tv to the HDMI source, but I was not sure what I had it on. Anyway, does the remote need to be paired first before voice over will come on? Which button is menu the one on the right or left? Does anyone have any step by step instructions on how to set this up? Thanks for any help on this. Saving attachments
Hi all, How do you save an attachment using the mail app on the phone? When I have an attachment in a message I can view the attachment, but can't find the option to save the attachment.
