Just one small clarification. The service being discussed here is TuneIn 
Radio Premium. This is a subscription service giving you access to 
commercial free music, sports, podcasts, audio books and more. You can 
get to this content with either the TuneIn Radio app or the TuneIn Radio 
Pro app. The pro app is not free and gives you some additional features, 
such as no advertising on the app screen and the ability to record

sports on Tunein Radio Pro.  The app for iOs costs $10 per month, and it works 
quite well.  MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL aren’t the only sports available with this

Thanks for all your responses. I believe I have resolved my At Bat issues. I 
did it by deleting the app and reinstalling it. Since I’ve done this, it’s been 
working quite nicely.

I haven’t upgraded yet but have had that problem occasionally.  Try this.  When 
your audio goes out swipe around the screen and pick another game that is 
playing.   After that connects then find your game again and click on that.  
That should get your audio back.  Good luck.  This works for me.

happening to me.

The one thing, if you want that to be able to hear the TV announcers instead 
of radio, or to have someone watch with you, your local teams may be blacked 
out of it until the game is posted later in the archive. I never could 
figure out baseball blackouts, whether the Brewers might be blacked out in 
the whole state of Wisconsin, or what, but the radio feed on At Bat always 
did work.

apps, such as Safari. Voiceover just quits raining. But there is more text 
there. And if you flip through, you find it. I have seen it also in the 
Twitterrific browser.

I don't have an iPad but I will tell you where it is on the iPhone app and I 
hope it is the same. 
But I had to tap the more tab and then tap on m l b account information. Once I 
tapped that, the edit fields for my email and pw were there and I was able to 
type in everything and hit the log in button.

Hey guys, 
we actually had this problem here and tried everything so called mlb. 
Apparently when it updated, it logged out. You need to log out and log back in 
again. 
We did that and it is working normally again. I find it strange that it doesn't 
tell you that yo need to log back in, but that fixed it for us.

Today I had a whole lot of trouble listening to two different feeds. It would 
drop out. There did not seem to be any interval, but just random. EAgain, this 
was listening to two separate feeds. This is the first time I have had such 
problem and it is since I updated yesterday.

the subscription the first time you opened the software.  I was also able to
re-confirm my home team and enter my MLB.com login info in the settings
area.  What am I missing?

take you to where you need to go to renue your subscribtion. You can then 
select 2.99 for a monthly subscribtion or 19.99 for the entire season.

No, unfortunatley, archived games are not avalible using at bat. If you have a 
MLB.com account, you are able to link the atbat app to that account  listen to 
archived games on your computer. You can link the accounts under settings in at 
bat. If you do not currently have an MLB.com account, you will need to go 
create one before you are able to link.

Yes, you can subscribe with the app. The one you mentioned will give you 
gameday audio on your computer as well. Once you've subscribed, go into 
settings and link your app store account to your MLB account. By the way, I use 
my iPod Touch to listen to games, and it only has WiFi.

From what I was told by MLB, you need to purchase the subscription on the
iOS device to get the web access for no extra charge.  If you go the other
route you end up paying for two subscriptions.

I thought I had read on this list several months ago that if you had a
mlb.com account, you could listen to games on the iPhone without purchasing
a separate At Bat subscription.  I have had a mlb.com subscription for as
long as it has been around.  So I downloaded and installed At bat, read the
help, and did the steps to create an user id and password using my mlb.com
user id and password.  I just installed the update to At Bat this morning.
So when I open At Bat, and double tap login, it asks me to log in using my
mlb.com user id and password.  When I enter the user id and password and
double tap the log in or go button, it tells me you don't have access to
this feature, see inapp purchases.  To be able to listen to games on both
the iPhone and the pc, do you have to purchase subscriptions to both
services, or can you do this only purchasing one.  If you can do this using
only one, which one would that be.

There is no trial period for at bat. When you open the app if you've a paid 
subscribition, there is a gameday audio button near the top middle of your 
screen, double tap it  the list of games will open, double tap on the game you 
want to listen to  you're there, if you'd like to change to the other teams 
feed or the spanish feeds if their are spanish feeds, flick right from the top 
of the screen, the list of feeds will be above the volume slider  the other 
games below that.

Hi,

you can also get to the airplay button by locking your phone while listening to 
the game, waking it up and on the lock screen, press the home button twice.  
This brings up the transport controls.  One of these buttons is airplay.

You can listen to games on your computer with the same at bat subscribtion 
that you currently have. To do this, you'll need to go in to the settings in 
at bat  connect at bat to your MLB.com account, if you do not have an 
MLB.com account, you'll need to go set one up from your computer, this is 
free to do. If any further assistence is needed, please feel free to let me 
know.

Jenifer, select the more tab in the AtBat app; from there I think you select 
settings. Make sure you have an MLB.com account. Log into that account on 
the app before doing anything else. When you select the more tab, you should 
find something that says connect to MLB.com account. That should work.

Yes it is.  I've ised to for several years and it works very well.  I've used 
it on several different iPods and iPads and every one of them worked well with 
it.
People who have iPhones and are visually impaired who are friends of mine have 
used it as well with their iPhones and have had success with it.
Are you or is someone you know having a problem with  it?

phone and it doesn't affect the audio of the game.

My solution is to press the home button twice to get to the app switcher and
from there I press the home button to get to the home screen and once that's
done, I can pretty much do anything I want including locking the phone and
the audio won't cut out.

I've experienced this bug ever since the iOS 6 update for this app came out.
As soon as one leaves the app by pressing the home button, the audio dies.
The one way I've gotten around it is by twice pressing the home button to
get to the app switcher and from there, press the home button to get to the
home screen. That way, the game's audio feed continues to play in the
background. I reported this bug to MLB and they wrote me back over the
weekend asking to call, but I haven't had time to do so.

If you'd like to keep your screen from locking whilst you're listening to game 
audio you can do this by going to the more tab, clicking on settings, finding 
the power management heading  checking the box which says screen auto lock on 
or off.

I may have to do that so long as it won’t completely drain my battery.
Lady on the phone suggested I hit the home button once I select a game and see 
if that makes a difference when the screen locks.

Another way I have found to maintain the audio playing in the background is
by getting out of the screen with the various radio feeds (close button) and
back to the main page with the mlb, gameday audio and so on buttons and from
there, double click the home button. The audio won't drop in this case and
from the app switcher, I can press the home button to get to the home screen
like normal and go in and out of apps and lock the screen without losing the
feed.

While listening to the Detroit Oakland game this afternoon, I noticed that
when my phone says screen locked the audio would go away. So, I tried
turning voice-over off then when the screen went in to the locked mode, the
audio did not go away. I then triple-clicked and no sound from the phone was
heard, however upon performing a second triple-click, voice-over said
voice-over on, and it's all good.

I haven't noticed much more data use than in the past. However, I have noticed 
some serious battery drain. Using the latest update which came out last week or 
early this. I can't remember which currently. One of the issues with this App 
is that data is not only being constantly being pushed with the audio. Data is 
constantly being pushed in the background, so to speak. The score board is 
constantly being updated with every pitch of every game. So some data is 
consumed with this app.
