As of the Sirius XM update today, I'm not finding all those unlabeled buttons. 
So, that is a big improvement. It still doesn't respond to the two finger 
double tap. If wearing headphones, the pause/play button on the headphones does 
pause, etc.

message that because of so many incorrect logins, I've been blocked from the 
APP for 24 hours. I don't recall these "incorrect logins", and wonder if the

aware of the accessibility issues and plan to have a fix this week ...?
I wrote Rich and asked how he got in tough with people directly but got no 
response.  The person who responded to him seems to be on Linkin but I don't

My suggestion is meant to inspire somebody on the list who does have social 
media accounts. I used to, but like you, Richard, I don't now. I guess another 
avenue would be to try calling again during normal business hours when more 
staff is at work. Unfortunately, most of those who actually answer the phones 
are low-level employees, or just work in call centers scattered around the 
world. Maybe word of our dilemma will reach someone at SiriusXM who cares even 
a little bit.

I'm currently on hold with Sirius XM after trying to get one of their call 
center staff to understand that using VoiceOver has many buttons that are not 
speaking what they are.
She clearly has no idea what a screen reader is and after 5 minutes of 
explaining myself I suggested I needed to talk with someone in Accessibility, 
if they have such a department, or a technician and then she put me on hold.
After a few minutes of hold, she came back and claims that all the buttons 
labels were removed and the "team" is working on it.  Supposedly, even sighted 
people cannot see the label...
My wife is not home so I have no way to confirm that.  She said I could go to 
Siriusxm.com and submit a feedback report.  When I asked her to give me the web 
site for feedback, she said, and I quote, "in the Sirium XM app, you can see 
settings ..." and at that point I interrupted her to make it clear that one, I 
cannot see anything, and two, there is no settings button anywhere I can find.
So she suggested I use Google to find their feedback page.

What complete and total BS.

Not sure how many people will agree with me, but I really like the new SiriusXM 
app. There were things about the old app that I really hated, and I try not to 
use that word. If I couldn't bring up something on my smart speaker then I 
would dread having to bring up my app to look for something. This new app seems 
a lot simpler and more intuitive to me. I've found two places with unlabeled 
buttons, but it wasn't hard to figure out what they did. Not sure if I can add 
VoiceOver labels or not. I had issues with the previous app, but at least for 
me, the issues with the new app are more palatable.

Thanks Christopher. It didn't show up in today's updates for my iPhone. Also, 
I'm still not able to log into the Starplayrx App that's meant to be the more 
user-friendly Sirius app. In that APP, once you're logged in, you're always 
logged in, that is, until this morning. Thanks for what you've been able to
