Hi Harry, Another thing to try is if you are inserting text, type a space and move the cursor to just before that space. Then speech is more likely to say what you're typing. Harry, if I can make a suggestion to help in learning to become more comfortable with braille. Mute speech. Write a sentence and read it on the braille display. Use the braille display to fix errors. Then, turn speech back on to confirm. VoiceOver speaking while using a braille display has always been more of a distraction than a help. It shouldn't be that way, but that is the reality.
