Re: MacSpeech Dictate re-branded and updated
Hi Everyone, yes I went ahead and updated, not shipping 'til end of October, the corded usb microphone is painful so updated to bluetooth. Info came through on 8 to 5 Mac site - for further details. Much easier to train than ViaVoice I had years ago. Brian American have access to the free app! Re: Macspeech dictate
After email discussions with MacSpeech Dictate support and then Plantronics support when it became clear that the headset USB connector was at fault, Plantronics in the US agreed on Thursday 29 July that they would send a replacement unit. It arrived this morning. Less than two working days. To find that, in 2010, some support desks actually work and respond immediately. Frankly, stunned. Pleased, but stunned. It's the brains and brawn behind MacSpeech Dictate's phenomenal accuracy capabilities.
