I’ve never found much IDM in Detroit but for those other genres I’d recommend the following spots for vinyl (can’t really comment on CDs): Stormy Records in Dearborn Goth/Punk + plenty more rock vinyl Record Collector in Ferndale I’ve found quite a lot of very good condition old techno 12”s here

True, I noticed those CDN links on the old Soundcloud after having suggested that earlier. My problems with the new site are to do with some more secure streaming protocol. Issues with Soundcloud. I suspect the new Soundcloud is taking it's time to distribute it's content via it's CDN.
