Nah, mate - if anything, Mojo is the Peel of Detroit! :-) Alternatively,
Peel has been described as 'the most important figure in the history of
popular music'. And as Tim says, he is the nicest old geezer you'll meet in
this business.

Hmmm. Don't know what to make of this. 'Guest fugitives from UR' could mean
anything. Suburban Knight is now the only listed survivor from the original
line up announced of 'Mike Banks, Drexciya, Aztec Mystic, S Knight,
Perception, Decon & Chaos'. No, I don't know who Clandestine and Namowan are

Yeah, I just got the forthcoming Blake Baxter 'Dream Sequence III' EP on
Tresor, but I think it's a mispress. Instead of any decent house or techno,
there are just three incredibly predictable, plodding and dull
disco-sampling tracks on there. Oh, hang on a minute...
Hi all,
I've been asked to do some download reviews for MP3 magazine here in the UK
and as I can't be bothered spending hours trawling the net, I'm appealing
for those members of this list who make music and might want a bit of press
to send me their URLs.
They can be MP3, Windows Media, whatever

recurrent theme in techno: 'Landcruising', Le Car, 'Night Drive 'Thru
Babylon' etc etc etc. Then of course all the similarities between Ford's
robots and machine music etc. It's interesting how the car-based culture of

Heh heh, nice post, Cyclone. The mag in question is, I believe, XLR8R. Their
anti-arrogant-Oakenfold stance is just one of the reasons I'm proud to
contribute to the mag. And I just love the idea of UR telling him where to
go, the parasite!

I have. Very, very bassy, but a little more restrained than previous
releases maybe. I thought it was OK, but not brilliant.
