that aside, i'd like there to be a festival. but the city council
appears to be dragging its collective feet and walkers foward with

VERY soon I hope? The line-ups are usuallly in place before the end of
April, so knowing that performers need to be contacted and contracted and
such... they can't afford to wait a very great deal longer.

every single last DEMF has waited until the last minute to figure out the
finalized bookings. let us not forget the hysterical circus sideshow that was
the lineup last year, where about a dozen
