The Planet E version looks like it has more techstyle broken beats and the
2000Black version more jazzstyle broken beat. So I prefer the former. But the
the latter has Naima by 4 Hero.
So which youd you choose ?
Planet E
1. Sunnin' - Catalyst
2. 2000 Black - Roy Ayers
3. Brand New Day - ???
4.
So which youd you choose ?
ooh, tricky choice.
But it has to be the Planet E one, just for Pavel Kostick's 'Brand New Day'
- I like that track..
I saw some in HMV the other day on vinyl if you're looking for it...

i couldn't live without the 4Hero version of Namia. Of course I picked up
the domenstic Planet E CD and downloaded the missing tracks.
gotta be resonable with the wallet.

from what i can tell from the tracklist, the extra tracks on the planet e
release are all previously released singles, whereas 'naima' was only
released on the album.
so i'd suggest hunting down the 2000black release of the album, and

I noticed the track listing is different on the planet e release than on the
2000 black release
specifically the 4 hero track is not on the planet e.

Are you talking about the 4Hero cover
Are you talking about the 4Hero cover of John
Coltrane's Naima? This isn't available as a single
unfortunately (as far as i know). I've heard that a
bunch of Naima covers will be appearing on Laws of
Motion soon... It might already be out actually so I
the 4Hero mix MIGHT be on there...
does anyone have a working site address for Laws of Motion???

That's too bad they didn't put 4 Hero's cover of Coltrane's Namia
on the Planet E version of the comp. I frankly think it's one of
the best cuts on the whole comp! Great percussion and
