Orlando is one of hollands finest techno producers together with Dylan
Hermelijn en Stefan Robbers. He is also a really nice DJ. Essential tracks
from Orlando Voorn are:
Complex - Midi Merge (Fragile)
Format #1 - Solid Sessions (ESP) this is my favorite record from Orlando
Format #2 - Dance (ESP)
Frequency Vs Atkins : Industrial Metal produced by Voorn and remixed
by Juan Atkins and Voorn
Frequency : Kiss The Sky Remix produced and remixed by O Voorn
Lower East Side Records, 1992.
A bloody amazing record!
Also, what about the series of 'Night Vision' (I think that what is
was called)
thats a great track. but im wondering about some of his lesser known
projects.

Game One with Juan Atkins on Metroplex is awesome.

I heard him a few weeks ago. He playted a nice set. The only 'problem' with
Orlando is that he doesn't give a f uck about what the audience want. He
just does he thing and if you don't like it, bad luck. Fortunatly i do like
his sets.
Orlando used to be DMC champion. In the earlt ninties i he play

At an airport. I got one at Luton airport, and it helped me avoid a view

I saw Orlando a few years back at House of God alongside Surgeon. I much
preferred what he was doing.
The roof went off when he dropped the 2 copies of Flash; the rest of the
night's music was in a similar vein. I also remember thinking what a
terrific idea it was when I saw Voorn leaving, there
Of course I will be there, I am just curious of what to expect. I remember
reading somewhere that Orlando Voorn won the DMC World Mixing Championships
back in the eighties, is this true?

I'm still looking for Ghetto Brothers: Bass Manoeuvres. Anybody have an idea
where I might be able to find a copy?

The Fragile EP was 'Midi Merge', Dreamworld was one of the tracks on it.
Dreamworld also appeared on the Barruca 2*12" he made on Buzz. 'Flash' and
'Game One' are great but my favorite Orlando Voorn track is definitly Format
#1's 'Solid Sessions'. Format #2 also is great.
Orlando made loads of bri
The track was "Dream World" if my memory serves me correctly.
