I have remembered the steps to start it, but because stupidly, key 1
switches off the phone, I am very irritated.
Can I assign some short cut or some way out to resume talks on when my
phone restarts.

Use latest version of firefox. Don't open more than 3 tabs or windows at
once. It also happens by the problem of Jaws. Just try to use Firefox with
NVDA. Clear the cache.
