I presently use a Braille wristwatch, which I purchased from a regular
Titan shop.
It has tactile markings to indicate the time, and nothing else.
However, now, due to some reasons, I require a stopwatch in my wristwatch.
Any recommendations for any accessible (talking/Braille or both)

They definitely had a table clock with stop watch, not sure of a watch
which has stop watch as well.
Otherwise RNIB has some watches which would meet your requirements.
