On fine scrutiny, one can distinguish between putting a stamp and making a
signature. Without prior permission from an appropriate authority, one
cannot use stamp in place of signatures.

You can ask them to sign the document in later date.
keep it with you and read it with your sighted friends. for the double
check, you may choose to make someone read the same document again for
you.
