Slightly OT for an AD
Slightly OT for an AD forum, but since I've seen so
much great advice flow through this list, and we're populated with Sys Admins
(who are frequently in charge of backups) I figured I'd throw it out
there.
We have two Dell Tape autoloaders that have 8 slots
(7 DLT IV + 1 cleaning tape).

I don't have the installation disk because I downloaded the trial edition from the website which was not a CD image. It came with a UTILITY folder which has a file called Pqboot32.exe, PartInNT.exe, and a few others. Am I supposed to

If you need to setup a new machine with a new sid, use sysprep. It
comes with 2000/2003/XP and it will remove all the machine specific
info. Run it before you create the ghost image, and you can pop it on
any machin
specific data.
