Nope, just did it a few weeks ago when upgrading a W2K AD domain to W2K3. All went OK! * Disable the DLT Server service on ALL DCs. For that I used the SC util: SC.EXE \\ stop trkwks SC.EXE \\ stop trksvr SC.EXE \\ config trkwks start= disabled (don't forget the space AFTER the = sign!) SC
