That's probably Oracle archive/redo logs sweeps failing, as there's no

Hi *,
I start the cleanup backupgroups process (AIX 4.3.3 and TSM Version is
4.2.4). The process runs for a long time and our TSM-log is now full.
What happens when I cancel the process? Must the process by restart do the
complett work again or is the part up to the stop o.k.?
or is the part up

Yes, it is in the Windows2003 TSM 5.2 client code. It utilizes the new
shadow copy services. But you need a TSM 5.2 server to take advantage of it.

Hi Chris:
The format of the option is "RESOURCETIMEOUT 180" and is placed in
dsmserv.opt. You can issue q opt res* to see your
cking up the system objects later using dsmc -optfile=
where the optfile has a resourceutilization set to 1 so that
the backup is single threaded.

Help!! !
I have not tested that version of the TSM client but have tested 5.1.1.3.
The procedure I use is to restore System Objects before rebooting. So do
step 5 then don't reboot and restore the System Objects.
other alternative to restoring the system object from TSM.n
