This could happen if the ClientLogin server thinks that the account needs
user verification. This is not something under the control of AdWords API
team, but our recommendation is to switch to OAuth2 installed application
flow instead. That should address the issues you are seeing.

I am starting to work with Enhanced Campaigns and creating Updated Call

Replying to my own post here. Appears from other similar posts that Video
Ad/Campaign reporting is not supported by the adwords API yet.

Thanks for your help. I'm already using the report, but the dimensions
field is not part of it.
There is no way our servers will cope with downloading images just to
measure their dimensions.
The 'dimensions' field is an attribute of an image Ad, so why not have it
as a field either in the rep

You can get image ad data with the adhoc report AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
Among the fields are some that reference the image (ad type as the ad may
be another kind of ad, URL to image, ...)
You could try to get the URLs, download the images, measure the images?

I created a campaign on the test account but It still says I need to set up

I recommend looking at the AdWords Editor first before writing an AdWords
API based solution, since the migration is a one-time requirement. AdWords
Editor allows you to copy-paste ads, adgroups, etc. across campaigns.

Same here, looks like there is a bug with a Selector service, I have
checked and even examples - GetKeywords.php is affected, looks like we
can't migrate until resolved, Google Please updated us on it.
