I've just sent the full logs for creation and query. As you can see the
start date differs in one day. Same happens for the end date with other

and the UI and I got the same inconsistent results. I also tried creating a
new campaign and getting those dates, same issue.

It appears that my hunch was correct. There is a rollout happening to make
everything consistent, and it should be fully ramped up soon. The change is in
the process of rolling out. This way querying for values like the campaign
start date will be consistent at the manger account

Yes, I do have an update on this. It's an interesting reason. In the Google Ads
API, it's using the time zone of the login-customer-id when displaying data and
not the account time zone.
The manager account is in New York, and the child account is in the Los Angeles
