Here are some issue I have...
1. I do not know if what PoE standards are used by the different radios.

One of these companies lit up all 8 wires with one polarity and returned on

That is very strange, usually both sides of a data pair have the same
polarity so the flux cancels in the transformers.

1, 3, 4, 7 are positive
