That looks like you missed running ldconfig as the root user, or if you
did ldconfig, the /etc/ld.so.conf.d/opensrf.conf file is either missing
or may have a typo in it.
Double check that file exists and contains one line like the following:
/openils/lib
in it.

circulation stats stay on the deleted copy. Depending on how statistical
reports are formed, those stats on the deleted copy may be lost. They

package, a new download has been prepared. The new download includes
the missing database upgrade script to go from Evergreen version 3.9.1
to version 3.10.0.
