LES1 (I think) has a bent-pipe transponder for military UHF (250 MHz
area). I wonder if the billion to one chance that the transponder came on

The satellite signals will be received and decoded by the EXA HERMES-A ground
station in Guayaquil and then uploaded live to the Internet using Facebook and
Twitter...
There is a second ground station - HERMES B in Kirch-Brombach (JN49lr) Germany
