Both are great composers with their own way of musical journey..Rehman has his
own realm as well as IR sir. Sarvam comedized it, but lets take it with an open
mind...a comedy which im sure made all laugh :) The director could hv been a IR
fan after all..mayb next movie will be HJ v ARR comedy :)

Who's that we?? Just say I don't like it and move on dude. Never try to pass an
opinion as a fact.
And in my opinion Aditi is a masterpiece which i ll enjoy listening to even
after twenty years. Period.
No offense meant.
Competition has reached such dizzy heights that it robs one the pleasure of
enjoying music be it Illayaraja or ARR or MSV or Mahadevan.
Comparision is so unhealthy. Wish people would enjoy and focus on the main

I beg to disagree ... Illayaraja has done Symphonie too! I doubt any of us out
here have the capacity to judge any of these great people. IR has used a wide
variety of Karnatic ragas too. To me its like asking one to choose between '

Let us enjoy music for the sake of music rather than use Oscar as an yardstick

i can somehow agree that Guzarish was average but Aditi, come on guys it is a
classic, a vintage ARR piece, no other composer out there could have made this
type of song. it is brilliant composition if not a masterpiece.

Well...KABHI KABHI ADITI is certainly a catchy and good song.. But we all

Hi Kishor,
Thanks for your feedback...but my point was not whether Aditi was a masterpiece
or not...what I meant was that the director of the film felt that the song was
apt for the movie. It might not be a masterpiece like you said but it felt
right for that scene. And that is what matters. I
