I don't know how they do it, but they do it because some
people were making a practice out of transferring fixed licenses between people
working on different shifts, etc., even though that was a violation of both the
letter and intent of the licensing agreement.

I'm experiencing something strange with the Entry Points & Home Pages.
I log into 2 servers simultaneously through the user tool, and I see 2 sets
of entry points. One entry point per server.
For example, I see Server A - Remedy Support, and Server B - Remedy Support.

Quite some time ago I remember reading something about issues with $MENU$.
There are times when I use $MENU$ and an item is selected from the pull down
menu Remedy still gives an error - this does not happen all the time.
