Yes, this is true, and also it is not suggested to have spaces in the group names :) We use the '-' character in our naming conventions. I did not know about 'leading' issues, just 'trailing' issues, so that is a good tip to remember. You do have issues if you have groups like NA-SJC-HelpDesk
