Siti, If you are using out-of-box 6.x version, then all you need to do is... 1)go to tools->option-> advanced 2)Change the view to "Application View" 3)Open the report form. You would be able to see the CTI. The default views doesn't show up cat1,2 and 3 Hope this works..all the best Thanks
