I stopped and started the mail service several times. These email are all going to the CHG:Change form using a standard template (old version) The account that we use to submit the requests has Admin and APP-Admin privs in the system. Do I need to be directing these to the AR System Email Mes

Jaspal, Everything else on the User tool continues to function as it should. I now believe that it is in fact a computer problem and not Remedy as the same user has a mouse problem in another application as well. Thanks for all your help. Sharon IL Helpdesk
