Tyrone, We created a Dispatcher permissions group. Added Dispatcher permissions to those individuals on the Help Desk. Then added the Dispatcher permissions group to the Password field on the User form. The Help Desk folks can then make password changes without needing admin permissions. Dave

My answer to these questions are as follows: Can I change the database field name without causing an issue with the data? I'm not deleting or replacing or changing the ID. It should not. The key as far as I know is the Field ID. People may be looking for the old database name when searching

The 7.0.01 email engine changed they way it starts. It attempts to cache all user/group info; this takes a massive amount of cpu and memory because it fetches 100 users at a time. There is a settings you set in the EmailDaemon.properties to disable this behavior and restore it back to the
