suggested the buy Panacea Workflow Studios. It was great, I have not
had that much experience with Remedy's product. But they had a version
compatible with version 7 before remedy did. It does everything you
would want. Export forms and workflow and data.

files you have to restart the listener to make it read the new configuration.
Someone suggested changing the order of NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH= (TNSNAMES,LDAP)

We had the same issue, we had to create a local tnsnames.ora file
The LDAP resolution used to work with 7.1, but it is not working with 7.5. I am
pretty sure this is a bug.
