In fact all I wanted to do was to remove the view menu option in the context menu. Doing this from the config.xml file in the Data Visualisation Definition and restarting the web server didn't do it, I had to deactivate the entry CIViewer:DefaultCONFIG in the ARsystem Message Catalog.   Thanks

It's impossible to make only upgrade to the new version. Generally it is new implemententation of HelpDesk. Some configuration in version 7.5 is really very complicated. For only installation on Windows you need 2-3 days. Because you must install CMDB, before you installing ServiceDesk. To

I had a problem upgrading to patch 3 as well. I my case the system was not translating the file correctly and was putting a carriage return in instead of a line feed and thus was deleting a character. Instead of 'Begin' the code said 'egin' and for some funny reason 'egin' is not a real command. I
