Has anyone experienced an issue whereby upon opening the incident management
console it results in a timeout? I've isolated the query via SQL logs. It
occurs currently when a person belongs to many support groups. The issue
appears to be at a database level (application is running fine).

We have an RFE on file with BMC for the 7.6.04 installer against Oracle RAC.
They have duplicated the issue. AR system installs fine on server 1 but when
going to server 2 in order to install AR system in a server grouping. The
installer completes but there are "weird" issues. The plugin

I was just thinking also this, is your arsystem server-grouped? The Oracle RAC
capabilities of failover/redundancy might be causing the server grouping and
cache to get confused. I know it's a long-shot.
